4-H'ers place first horse judging contest

The Wright County 4-H horse judging team took first place overall at the 2011 University of Minnesota-Crookston Horse Judging Open Invitational April 1. The team also placed first in Halter, Performance, and Reasons competition. Pictured are team members (left to right) Amanda Maus, Sally Russell, Julianne Quandt, and Ane Mommsen.
The 4-H horse judging team will begin practicing again soon. For information about horse judging and 4-H, contact the Wright County Extension Office, 763-682-7379.
