| The Prairie Boys, a folk singing duo, invites an audience at the Delano Public Library to join in the tune "I'm Going to Reach for the Sky," Tuesday, June 30. The crowd packed the library to hear Delano area singers Mark Anderson (left) and John Bingea. The duo accompanies its songs with a violin, mandolin and acoustic guitar.
The Delano Library is offering a different attraction every Tuesday at 1 p.m. as part of its summer reading program. Mad Science and birds from the University of Minnesota Raptor Center will entertain young readers later this summer. Delano United Way and the Delano Friends of the Library are sponsoring the summer offerings.
